Ordered a sample. I was charged an outrageous amount and now wants 5000 moq. Very unrealistic!

the customer bought 30oz and 40oz samples, the asked us the price of 20 oz. But we don't have a 20oz product with handle. We really don't have such a product and told the customer honestly. If need us to develop such a customized product, the MOQ is 5000. If anyone want to see our conversation, I can show the screenshot
